Open up a new image 600 x 600
Open up Frame12 and resize by 50%
Copy & Paste as a new layer on your blank image and center it.

Open up Paper32 and minimize for the moment
Back to your image, using the magic wand tool click inside the frame and go to Selections>Modify>Expand by 10
Make a new layer and fill that layer with paper32.
Drag that layer underneath your frame layer.

Activate the frame layer and apply a drop shadow with these settings
Vertical 1
Horizontal 1
Opacity 44
Blur 6.00
Black

Open up Rainbow1 and resize by 30% and copy and paste as a new layer onto your image.
Make sure this layer is underneath your frame layer and position towards the bottom of the frame.

Apply the same drop shadow as before

Open up GlitterRain1 and resize by 30%, copy and paste this onto your image
Go to adjust>sharpness>sharpen

Open up Butterfly1 and resize by 15%. Copy and paste onto your image this time above the frame layer.
Position to the right of your frame near the top corner.

Apply the same drop shadow as before

Open up Flower9 and resize by 20%. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image and place in the right bottom corner of your frame just a little way up for the corner
Repeat this step with flower 6 and flower 7
Place them around the right corner of the frame.

Apply the same drop shadow on the flowers as before

Select your shapes tool using the rounded rectangle we are going to draw out a rectangle just smalller than the frame. You can use any colour from your image. Im using #cb99c7 which is the purple from one of the flowers from the frame.
Convert your rectangle layer to a raster layer and drap to the bottom underneath everything.
Go to Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 24.00
Now using the filter DSB Flux apply the Bubbles effect with these settings.
Bubbles 15
Density 10
Frequency 50
Tune 50

Now add your tube and place to your liking. Im using the artwork of Suzanne Woolcott.

Now add your name
I used the font Pussycat size 48
YOu can use any colour(s) of your choise
Add your fave text effect and drop shadow of your choice

Crop around the edges and save as a png.
