Open up template 12

Resize canvas 600x600

Select raster 9
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill the top and bottom slats with paper 3 and the middle slats with paper 5.
Select none
*this is a different way to how i usually explain to do it and such a better way. You get no jaggered outlines or left over colour*

Select Raster 7
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill to 1st and 3rd slat down with #DD3D8B and the 2nd and last slats with #4478B5

Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
With these settings

Width: 3
Opacity: 38
Horizonal: unchecked
Light from left/top: Checked
Colour: #A54CA8

Select none

Select Raster 1
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with paper 9.Br> Select none

Select Raster 2
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with #7A629E
Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
With these settings

Width: 3
Opacity: 13
Horizonal: unchecked
Light from left/top: Checked
Colour: #FFFFFF

Add a drop Shadow with these settings
Vertical: 0
Horizonal: 0
Opacity: 47
Blur: 6
Colour: #000000

Select Raster 6
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with paper 9.
Select none

Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with #7A629E
Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
With these settings

Select Raster 11
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill the 1st slat with #7A629E and the 2nd with #4478B5
Select none
Grab your lasso tool and make a selection around your purple slat.
Effects-Texture Effects-Weave
With these settings

Gap Size: 1
Width: 5
Opacity: 21
Weave Colour: #7A629E
Gap Colour: #000000
Fill Gaps: Checked

Select none

Select Raster 5
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with #DD3D8B
Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
With these settings

Width: 3
Opacity: 13
Horizonal: unchecked
Light from left/top: Checked
Colour: #000000

Add a drop the same drop shadow as before

Select none

Select Raster 12
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with paper 4.
Select none
Lower the opacity to 36

Select Raster 4
Select all-Float-Defloat Add a new layer and flood fill with #4478B5
Select none
Add a gradient glow. I used the fat setting and changed the glow width to 3 and use the colour #7A629E
Add the same drop shadow as before

Open your tube or close up and paste as a new layer and position how you like on the main rectangle.
Lower the opacity to 50

Now paste your tube and resize to you liking and place to the right of your tag. Add a drop shadow

Now lets add some elements

Open a Hanging Star and resize by 20%.
Paste as a new layer and hang it from one of the behind slats. I used the purple one.
*see my tags for positions*

Add a drop shadow

Open up a RibbonPin and resize by 20%.
Paste as a new layer and player on thetop right corner of the main rectangle

Make a new layer fill it with #DD3D8B
Drag this layer to the bottom just above the wite background layer.
Layers-New Mask Layer-From image and apply vix mask 148.
Merge group

Add your name in a colour and font of your choice
I used the font Pricedown size 48
Add a gradient glow

Add your copyright info

Delete the white layer, Merge all and save as a png
